Tickets & Seating
We run prize winning tournaments at every event, which do vary from year to year as new games come out.
There are of course some firm favourites which nearly always make a return at every event. Counter-Strike Source, Team Fortress 2, Call Of Duty 4 and Starcraft2 are among the regulars at the event, but make sure you keep an eye on our tournaments page to see what we have planned for each event!
You can even setup your own tournament if you want! Just ask one of our tournament admins and they will create you a full tournament setup in our event tournament system :)
Also, if you find that people are playing a game that you don't have, don't worry! We have our own local Steam content server, which allows you to get your gaming purchases super quick!
Spectators are able to enter some tournaments, depending on what is running for that particular event.
For example, spectators can enter tournaments for the World Cyber Games when they are held at the Insomnia Gaming Festival, however they cannot enter the prize winning event tournaments.
For more information on what tournaments are available to Spectators, see the Tournaments page for the event you are you looking to attend!

You can print the Fast Pass ticket, which will speed up the process by allowing us to simply bar-code scan the ticket for all your booking information. You will receive more information on this process in your booking confirmation email or you can find out more info here
A BYOC ticket for the event includes a desk, a chair, power, network, internet and on-site accommodation for the full duration of the event. Accommodation on-site can be either setting up your own tent or caravan on the camp-site, or sleeping in the indoor mass sleeping areas.
BYOC ticket holders will also have access to enter any tournaments throughout the weekend, and full access to the exhibition hall and live finals arena.
Spectators will also have on-site accommodation and access to the full event, but do not get desk, power or internet. Spectators can enter some tournaments, depending on what is running at that event, however the main Multiplay prize winning tournaments are for BYOC ticket holders only.

A Clanbox is a private room that you and your friends can have all to yourselves, assuming you can fill it of course!
Located in private suites around the venue, the Clanboxes are essentially private meeting / dining rooms that we convert into little LAN gaming boxes of win! They are very luxurious, with their own air conditioning and are all fully lockable. We have two different sizes of Clanbox, which you will need 32 or 36 people with paid tickets to fill.
Having a Clanbox at Telford will be full on VIP LAN gaming at it's very best, so we will looking at whether this will be an extra charge on standard BYOC tickets, as this will be dependant on the venue levying any additional charge for their use.
Information on how to book a Clanbox will be communicated once we have worked out all the details!
Clanboxes are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and once seated in a Clanbox you cannot move seats unless you have found a replacement (this includes if you decide to cancel your ticket)
As ever, if you wish to get in touch with us about Clanboxes, just head over to our Contact Us page!

Yes, there are ramps and lifts into the building, and also to each floor.
The space between the rows in the gaming halls is also sufficient to park a wheelchair at the desks, but we do suggest you pick an aisle seat for comfort reasons.
There are also disabled toilets available throughout the venue.
Of course! The event is crammed with activities, competitions, games and exhibitors from the world of gaming, with loads for spectators of all ages to get involved in!
Every iSeries is different however, so check out the What's On page to find out more
Many of the different activities that are held at our events are more than suitable for a younger audience, but some that happen later in the evenings might not be so suitable.
