The Insomnia Gaming Festival is held 3 times a year at The International Centre in Telford.

The first event of the year is during May, the second in the summer over the August Bank Holiday, and the third in November.

Yes, there is free parking on-site! Parking will be sign-posted for you to find, but you can also check out the Venue Layout for the location of the car parks.

No, camping is included in your ticket price for all BYOC and weekend spectator ticket holders.

If you don't want to camp out, you have the option of sleeping in one of the 3 nearby hotels. More information can be found on our accommodation guide

No, unfortunately you cannot sleep at your desk. This may seem like a good idea, but due to fire regulations for the venue, we cannot allow anyone to sleep at their desks.

Security make regular sweeps throughout the building, and if you are found to be sleeping at your desk you will be asked to move to one of the sleeping areas.

Yes, security will be making regular sweeps through the camp-site during the event.

However, you should still take reasonable measures to ensure your equipment is safe and secure. Multiplay take no responsibility for the safety of your belongings during the event, and tents are not known for being secure!

Facilities on-site include showers, toilets and wash-rooms, which are located both on and near the camping areas.

These facilities are cleaned and maintained during the event by the venue staff, not Multiplay. However if there is a problem with any of the facilities please let our staff on the front desk know :)

Yes, but please take care when lighting BBQ's not to set yours or other tents on fire!

Please make sure you dispose of it correctly in the bins provided, and ensure that remove all rubbish from the area. We do not take responsibility for any damage you may cause by misusing BBQ's on the camp-site!

We also advise that if security find you having a BBQ, they will more than likely request a burger or two. You have been warned ;)

Yes, there are ramps and lifts into the building, and also to each floor.

The space between the rows in the gaming halls is also sufficient to park a wheelchair at the desks, but we do suggest you pick an aisle seat for comfort reasons.

There are also disabled toilets available throughout the venue.
