One piece of feedback we’ve constantly received from our customers over the years is that some people struggle to pay up front for the entire event ticket cost in one go. Well, our new deposit scheme should go some way towards helping those of you on stricter budgets!

We’re pleased to announce that you’ll now be able to secure your place at Insomnia events by simply paying a deposit of £20. You can then pay the remaining balance any time up to one month before the event starts.

To use this new system, simply tick the “Deposit Scheme” box on the website whilst booking your BYOC ticket.

You’ll pay £20 up front and you can then return to the booking system at any point before 26/07/2011 to pay the remainder of the ticket cost.

This will act like a paid ticket, allowing you to select a seat on the seating picker with your friends and also allowing you to register your interest for our tournaments once signups are available.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable and tickets reserved by deposit must have the balance paid in full by 26/07/2011 otherwise your deposit, booking and seat reservation will be lost. Discounts and promotions are not valid on deposit purchases. Reminder emails will be issued in the lead up to the cut off date, just to ensure no-one forgets to complete their booking.

This means however that those of you with loyalty discounts, or any early payment promotions on future events won’t be able to make use of them when using the deposit scheme. To secure those discounted tickets, you’ll be required to pay the entire ticket price in one go.
